Nine out of ten people want to invest in their future by learning a new skill according to a new survey by Amarach Research.
The study has been welcomed by the Minister for Higher Education Simon Harris and Minister of State for Skills and Further Education Niall Collins.
The report shows almost half of people surveyed said they had learned a new skill since the beginning of the year.
Higher Education Minister Simon Harris says people will need to dip in and out of education.
