A Mayo woman recently won the bread baking section at the Tullamore Agricultural Show.
Claudia Healy from Goola, Glenamoy, Ballina, won the Irish Farmhouse Brown Bread competition, beating off rivals from all over the country.
Claudia works at Kelly’s Kitchen café in Newport who last year won the Georgina Campbell Breakfast Awards in the café section.
