VHI has announced its to increase its prices by an average of 7 percent from the beginning of October.
The company says the increase is driven by a "significant increase in demand" for healthcare.
It follows another increase by the company back in March.
VHI says it has a responsibility to set premiums in a responsible manner to make sure members can access excellent service.
