A new Bill aimed at ending wage discrimination against young workers is set to be launched today.
The proposal from People Before Profit would allow for all earning the minimum wage to receive 100 per cent of this regardless of their age.
The national minimum wage is 11 euro 30 cent for people aged 20 and over, but for under 20s, the legal minimum wage is as low as 7 euro 91 cent per hour.
