Petrol and diesel prices increased at midnight last night as the Government's excise cuts lapsed.
6 cent has been added to the cost of petrol, while 5 cent has been added to the cost of a litre of diesel.
Last March, the Government announced a temporary reduction in the excise duties charged on petrol and diesel, as part of cost-of-living measures.
