Gardai in Mayo are advising of traffic disruption tomorrow as Stage 3 of the Ras Tailteann makes its way into the county.

There will be rolling road closures from around 1:30pm tomorrow as cyclists make their way through Kilmaine going on to Ballinrobe and then expected to be in Castlebar from around 3pm.

Motorists are asked to allow themselves make extra time for their journeys tomorrow as there will be some traffic disruption in particular around the county town.

Then on Saturday Stage 4 departs the square in Charlestown at 11am and again there will be certain road closures as cyclists make their way out to Carracastle before heading for Longford.
