Bike week in Mayo this week, is enticing large numbers of children and adults to “get on their bikes”.
Underway since last Saturday, Bike week 2023, runs until this Sunday and is organised by the National Transport Authority with Mayo Sports Partnership in this county.
It has included family cycles, bike maintenance workshops, together with Learn to Cycle programmes involving children with disabilities, lunchtime school cycles and easy spin classes for older adults, among other activities.
