The funeral takes place today of a Mayo woman found dead in unexplained circumstances at her Sligo home last Tuesday.
Angela Canavan, in her fifties, lived at St John’s Terrace in the town and was discovered with head injuries.
A post mortem is believed to have proven inconclusive and the Garda investigation into her death is continuing.
Requiem Mass takes place this morning at 10:00AM in St Tiernan's Church, Crossmolina.
Cremation to follow at a later date.
