Enoch Burke and several of his family members were forcibly removed from the Court of Appeal by Gardai earlier.
It happened during the dismissal of Mr. Burke's challenge to orders from the High Court, requiring him to stay away from Wilson's Hospital School.
When it became clear he was going to lose his appeal, his sister stood up and refused to sit down, his mother also interrupted matters.
Gardai were called and the family were forcibly removed by ten officers.
According to the Independent, Enoch's brother Simeon was charged with using threatening, abusive and insulting words or behaviour at the Four Courts. The charge is under Section 6 of the Public Order Act.
Judge Paula Murphy granted him bail and adjourned the case to Cloverhill District Court next Tuesday. Mr Burke told the court he would not sign the bail bond and was remanded in custody with consent to bail.
