A 77 year old man believes he has received the highest domestic electricity bill to date.
Gerry Clarke who lives near Navan in Co Meath has received a bill for 1,678 euro.
It ran from December the 9th to February 10th.
He told the Herald nothing has changed in his energy usage and he will fight paying the bill.
