62 jobs are to go at Paypal in Dublin and Dundalk.
The company has announced it's cutting jobs, as well as closing one of its offices and moving its Dublin workforce to a smaller building.
35 jobs are to go in Dublin, along with 27 in Dundalk.
The firm is leaving its Dublin base in Ballycoolin for a smaller office, and closing its Dundalk office completely.
Paypal will employ around 2,000 people in Ireland after these changes.
