Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene of a two-vehicle road traffic collision that occurred at approximately 2:30pm today on the N5 at Swinford, Co Mayo.
Two people were taken to hospital for treatment of injuries sustained as a result of this collision.
The road is expected to remain closed until at least 12 Noon tomorrow.
