Two people remain in garda custody today following the seizure by Roscommon gardai of over a half a million euro of cannabis in a premises in Ballaghaderreen yesterday afternoon.
During a planned search by Gardai, under warrant, a suspected cannabis grow-house was discovered at about 1pm.
Suspected cannabis plants and processed cannabis, valued at approximately €528,000 were seized.
A woman in her 50s and a man in his 60s were arrested at the scene.
They both remain in garda custody today and investigations are ongoing.
