The procurement process for the engagement of a design team for St. Brid's special school in Castlebar will commence as early as February.
That's according to Mayo Fine Gael Deputy Alan Dillon.
The announcement was made by Minister for Special Education, Josepha Madigan
during her visit to Mayo this week.
St Brid's Special School is to undergo a major project which will include 8 new classrooms on its existing site.
