Enoch Burke will be fined 700 hundred euro a day if he does not purge his contempt of court by two o'clock today.
Despite being dismissed from his teaching role at Wilson's Hospital School last week, Mr. Burke has continued to attend the Westmeath school.
He was jailed on September 5th for contempt and freed after 108 days on December 21st without purging it.
Speaking to reporters in Multyfarnham yesterday, Mr. Burke says the High Court decision was a "stain on our country":
