St. John’s National School in Breaffy, Castlebar are through to the final of a national Robotics competition
Last weekend, sixth class students in Breaffy NS competed in the regional Vex iq robotics competition that took place at ATU Sligo and took the top prize in the Individual Skills Challenge and went on to take the Overall Team Award.
Kevin Duggan is one of the teachers involved, while Emily Chen and Daniel O’Connor are two 6th class students, both members of the winning team and Midwest News has been congratulating students and staff on the achievement.
