Patient groups across the country are holding a series of marches and demonstrations today as part of a national day of action over the trolley crisis.
Campaign groups are demanding 'enough is enough' to overcrowding.
They want increased capacity in hospital and emergency departments - and an end to services being downgraded.
The demonstration at Mayo University Hospital got underway at 1:00PM today.
