The trolley crisis will continue in Irish hospitals for at least another month, according to a leading GP.
The situation has eased a little over the past 10 days, with 438 people on trolleys on Friday.
That compares to a record of 931 on Tuesday of last week.
But Dr Martin Daly, a former president of the Irish Medical Organisation, says the drop shouldn't be seen as a victory - and the crisis will continue:
