A series of walk-in clinics for the children’s flu vaccine will be held across the region over the next two weeks.
The measure is in response to rising numbers of flu cases among children, as well as significant numbers of children who’ve been hospitalised with flu this winter.
At Ballybrit racecourse in Galway, The first clinic will be held tomorrow (Friday) from 2pm to 8pm and again on Saturday from 8.30am to 2.30pm.
The walk in clinics will continue on Friday week, January 20th, from 2pm to 8pm – as well as on Sunday, January 22nd, from 8.30am to 2.30pm.
Walk in clinics will take place in Sligo at the Development centre on the Cleveragh road on this coming Sunday and Monday, the 15th and 16th of January, from 1:30-5:30 and again on Sunday the 22nd of January also from 1:30 until 5:30.
