Mayo County Council, in conjunction with Irish Water, have announced that repairs to burst water mains may affect supply in areas of the county today.
Bofield, Ballina and surrounding areas are expected to be affected until 2:00PM today.
The same applies to Foxfield, Garryduff, Snugborough, Castlebar and surrounding areas.
Irish Water recommend that those in the areas concerned allow 2-3 hours after the estimated restoration time for the supply to fully return.
