Planning permission has been granted for an extension to Scoil Iosa National School in Ballyhaunis.
The proposed extension comprises of 4 general classrooms, 2 special education teaching rooms and associated works.
The news has been welcomed by Deputy Dara Calleary who has passed his best wishes to school management, staff and students.
