Gardaí are currently at the scene of a two vehicle road traffic collision on the N60 near Ballyhaunis.

The crash occurred about two and a half miles outside the town on the Ballinlough road at approximately 1:30pm.

Midwest News understands that the road is reduced to one lane of traffic as emergency services clear the wreckage.

There are no serious injuries to report.
