The green light has been given for a significant extension to the Ballina Primary Care Centre.

Both the planning permission sought and the HSE Board approval have now been given for the development, according to local deputy Dara Calleary.

The Fianna Fail deputy says it’s an extensive investment in the centre and will almost treble its existing size and will permit the expansion of services delivered from it.
