Post mortem results are expected later today after the death of a man in county Leitrim.
The man, understood to be a Ukranian national, in his fifties, collapsed in the town square in Drumshanbo in the early hours of yesterday morning.
He was pronounced dead a short time later.
The scene was preserved as a Garda investigation got underway.
In a statement, the Garda Press Office said the man was pronounced dead shortly after he collapsed and added that the results of the post mortem will determine the course of any investigation.
