A Galway TD says the lack of electric charging infrastructure being rolled out is pathetic.

Deputy Sean Canney knows of at least two people who have sold their electric vehicles due to a lack of charging facilities in the area.

Additionally, the independent TD says people need reassurance they can drive long journeys without worrying if there will be adequate charging points along the route.
