Users of the Eir mobile network across the region have been experiencing problems accessing services since yesterday.
Some users of the network have been unable to make calls or access data.
The company issued a statement on Twitter yesterday that it is aware of an issue impacting mobile voice services and data for some mobile customers.
“We are currently working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible,” the company said on Twitter.
However, the problem is still not resolved this morning with many customers across the west affected.
Midwest Radio has contacted Eir for an update on the fault but are awaiting a response.
