Cases of a respiratory virus increased by 22 per cent last week.

There were 483 RSV infections between November 1st and 7th - compared to 397 the week before.

The HSE says the virus is at 'very high levels' - with four out of five cases last week among under-4s.

Galway GP Martin Daly says it's more widespread than previous winters.
