Extra tickets have gone on sale for the Westport Festival of Chamber Music next weekend, as a result of the further easing of Covid-19 restrictions.
From today, live music returns to bars and weddings, as the phased reopening of the country continues.
All religious ceremonies, including confirmations and communions, can also go ahead, with Churches at half-capacity.
Organised indoor events are allowed have a 60 per cent attendance, and outdoor gatherings can have 75 per cent - once patrons are fully vaccinated, or have recovered from Covid-19.
Westport Town Hall is now looking forward to booking gigs for later this year, and into the Christmas and New Year period, while the theatre will host the Festival of Chamber Music this coming weekend.
