Sligo recorded 146 new cases of the virus over the past fortnight, and has a 14-day rate of 222 cases per 100,000 people - while the national average rate is 145 per 100,000.
Roscommon's 14-day rate is also higher than average, at 179 per 100,000.
Mayo's rate of the virus has doubled in the past week.
The figures show 151 cases of the virus were reported over the past fortnight, with a 14-day rate of 115 per 100,000 people - which is below the national average, but more than double the rate one week ago.
