Almost 2,000 people with Covid-19 are in hospitals around the country, with 195 in intensive care.
There were 19 admissions to ICU over the last 24 hours.
There are 11 hospitals without any critical care beds - there are currently 24 critical care beds available for adults and 14 for children.
According to HSE figures from last night there are 129 patients with the virus at Galway University Hospital, 80 in Mayo University Hospital- down four, 43 in Sligo University Hosital and 9 in the Portiuncula Hospital in Ballinasloe- up one.
The covid critical care bed figure in Galway has dropped to 9, it stands at 2 apiece in Sligo and the Portiuncula and there is one covid patient on a critical care bed in Mayo.
