Power outages were reported in separate areas of East Mayo last night.
It's understood about 8,000 homes were without power following a fault in the Claremorris & Kiltimagh areas.
A second fault left homes in the Knock and Hollymount areas without power supplies also.
It's understood electricity has been restored to the majority of customers this morning.
