Garda Supt Joe Doherty told Midwest News this evening that today’s planned operation was part of an ongoing operation over the past 12 months aimed at persons selling and supplying drugs in the Ballina area.
He thanked the general public for their assistance and urged anyone with any suspicions regarding the sale and supply of drugs in their area to contact any garda station in confidence.
