One additional death from Covid-19 was confirmed last night,, along with  270 new cases -

including 5 new cases in Mayo, 8 in Roscommon and less than 5 in each of counties Galway, Sligo and Leitrim.

Mayo's 14 day incidence rate has now risen above the national average, as 213 new cases have been confirmed in the past two weeks.

The national 14-day incidence rate is now 161 per 100,000 people- Mayo is at 163.

All other Connacht counties have rates below the national average, with Leitrim the lowest in the country at 37 cases per 100,000 people.
