It’s a difficult time for everyone during the Covid 19 pandemic, but the current guidance around social distancing can make people who are blind or visually impaired feel even more isolated from their community, that’s according to Kevin Kelly of NCBI (The National Council for the Blind of Ireland).

NCBI services are located in communities across the region and anyone living with sight loss is invited to call NCBI’s newly launched National Helpline at 1850 33 43 53 . Its open from 8am-8pm Monday to Friday, offering practical and emotional advice and support.
