RECEIPE FOR POTATO STUFFING

 

INGREDIENTS

 

1/2 LB OF STREAKY RASHERS

 

2 CHOPPED ONIONS

 

CELERY IF DESIRED

 

2 TABLESPOONS OF CHOPPED PARSLEY

 

1/4 LB OF BUTTER OR MARGARINE

 

2 TEASPOONS OF SALT

 

2 LBS OF PEELED POTATOES

 

1/4 TEASPOON PEPPER

 

1/2 TEASPOON MIXED HERBS

 

1 CUP OF UNSWEETENED CONDENSED MILK

 

METHOD

 

FRY BACON UNTIL CRISP

 

MAKE SURE TO CHOP IT SMALL

 

COOK THE ONIONS AND CELERY IN THE BACON FAT.

 

COOK POTATOES AND MASH THEM.

 

ADD IN THE BUTTER AND MILK.

 

THEN ADD IN THE PARSLEY, SALT AND THE HERBS AND SPICES

 

COMBINE WITH THE BACON AND PLACE IT IN THE REAR OF THE GOOSE
