Five years ago, Claire Scahill was struck down with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) and was confined to a wheelchair for over a year. During that time, as she struggled with the disorder, she dreamed of climbing Croagh Patrick . After a monumental effort to walk again, Claire decided that she would make good on that dream and so, on Saturday the 7th of July, she will attempt to climb the famous mountain with family and friends.
