On Wednesday morning Jonathan and Sandra Caulfield joined Tommy to tell him about their beloved daughter Hope Rose. Hope Rose passed away prematurely surrounded by her loving family including her sisters Chloe and Ava at nine days old, and this morning Jonathan and Sandra told us about the short but huge impact she had on the lives of all those who were lucky enough to meet Hope Rose.

They also explained how she is still with them everyday and how they wanted to let other families in their situation know that their is help out there, even in situations of unimaginable heartache. Listen back to their story now.
