Balla Engineer Tommy Griffith is behind an innovative new type of bin that may soon rid us of the ugly sight of over-flowing bins that attract vermin and animals as well as being an eye-sore. The brilliantly simple yet clever design and idea is on display in Tommy's native Balla and in Castlebar and will, hopefully become a well known sight in towns across Ireland in the coming months and years.
