RIP
When he first joined, none of us knew very much about racquetball. But we all went on to share his joy after he played a draw against the ex champion of Warwickshire. Neil also helped to mastermind a new Pilates exercise to improve his backhand, and named it The Windmill. Trips to Newcastle often meant him having to arrive early, but even toothache or a pot on his foot would not deter him.
However, the real love of his life was clearly his family. Just a few weeks ago he was proudly showing us photos on his phone of Benadette, Amelia, Piers and Jacinta. He was immensely proud of his children and their achievements through education.
We (Deds, Rebecca, Robin, Annella and Ian) will all miss his cheeky and infectious grin and his out loud laugh. We will continue to perform The Windmill and think about him often.
Blessings to all of his family
May Neil’s gentle soul rest on eternal peace.
May Neil Rest in Peace
