Shenick, Skerries, Co. Dublin and Bunowen, Louisburgh, Co. Mayo (Retired An Garda Síochána) - August 28th 2024 - peacefully in the care of Bartra Loughshinny Residential Nursing Home, Skerries, surrounded by his loving family.
Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his loving wife Gretta (née Moran), daughter and sons Siobhan O'Grady, Ciarán, Sean, and Colm, brothers Fr. Sean and Desmond, sisters Angela Roseingrave and Joan Keane, son-in-law Sean, daughters-in-law Ruth, Maria, and especially grandchildren Iosla, Fiadh and Arty, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nephews, nieces, the extended Moran and O' Leary families, former colleagues and many friends.
Predeceased by his beloved brother Donal.

Damien will rest in repose at Sweeney's Funeral Home, Louisburgh on Saturday evening, August 31st from 5.30 concluding with Vigil Prayers at 7 o’clock followed by removal, walking to St. Patrick's Church, Louisburgh.
Mass of Christian Burial on Sunday morning at 11.30 followed by interment in Kilgeever Cemetery.
