Bridie King née Neary
Mask View, Treen, Tourmakeady, Co. Mayo and formerly of Darralough, Bangor Erris, Co. Mayo - peacefully in the care of her loving family at her home on July 23rd 2024.
Predeceased by her husband Paddy, her parents Frank and Catherine, siblings Paddy, Jim, Frank, Denny and Mary Kennedy.
Much loved Mother of Emer, Imelda, John and Declan, Bridie will be lovingly remembered by her daughters, sons, grandchildren and great grandchildren, her daughters-in-law, son-in-law, sisters Vera Madden (Ennis), Margaret Dooley (Newtown Forbes), brothers Martin (Birmingham), Seán (London), Eddie (South Africa) and Colm (Kilcock), sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, friends, carers and neighbours.

Reposing at Teach Tóraimh Naomh Mhuire, Gorteenmore, Tourmakeady (F12 XY26) on Friday evening 26th July 2024 from 7 o’clock until 8.30.
Requiem Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Tourmakeady on Saturday at 12 noon with burial afterwards in Churchfield Cemetery.

I’m deeply sorry to hear about Bridie’s passing. It was an honor to care for her over the past year. Bridie was a remarkable person whose kindness and strength deeply touched me. My thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time.
