James Edward Burke (Eamon),

Birmingham, West Midlands, UK and formerly of Derryvoung, Ballinlough, Co. Roscommon - on 20th February 2024 – peacefully at Heartlands Hospital surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his parents John and Catherine Burke, his brother Christopher and sister Mary Keaveney.

Eamon will be sadly missed by his loving family, children Gerard, Raymond, Mark and Michelle, his grandchildren Liam and Conor Johnson, Harvey and Bonnie Burke, JonJo Burke, Ethan and Joshua Burke.

Dearly missed by his brother John Joe, sister Sr. Catherine, nieces, nephews and all of the extended family.

May his gentle soul rest in peace.

The funeral mass will be held at St. Patrick’s Church, Granlahan on Wednesday 27th March 2024 at 11:00 am.

James’ ashes together with his late wife, Mary Teresa Burke née Dockery, will be laid to rest at the Burke family plot, St. Patrick’s Church, Granlahan.

Family flowers only, donations if desired to British Heart Foundation and Cancer Research.
