Hazel Lawns, Ballyhaunis and formerly of Kilgarriff, Knock - peacefully in University Hospital, Galway surrounded by her close friends,

Predeceased by her parents Anthony & Josephine.

May they rest in peace

Deeply regretted by her lifelong friend Mary T. Burke, her close friends Jackie, Helen, Maura, Margeurite & Monice, her companion of many years Willie, his daughters Lisa, Marion & Siobhán, her dearly loved pet cat Buddy & her wide circle of friends & relations.

Ann will be reposing in Gavin's Funeral Home, Knox Street, Ballyhaunis, Co Mayo F35 WF22 on Wednesday evening from 6 o'clock until 8 o'clock.

Funeral arriving to Knock Parish Church on Thursday morning for Funeral Mass at 11 o'clock with the funeral proceeding for private Cremation.
