Mary (Marie) Murphy (née Mc Donnell),

Devlin, Killadoon, Louisburgh, Co. Mayo - peacefully, at home following an illness bravely borne, surrounded by her loving family on May 12th 2023.

Predeceased by her husband Joe and brother John-Joe. Deeply mourned and sadly missed by her loving sons & daughters Margaret, Seamus, Padraig, Ray, Marcus, Nora, Isabelle, Nicholas, George, Lena and Martin, brother Jimmy, sisters-in-law Nora & Maryrita, sons-in-law Sean & Enda, daughter-in-law Liz, her seventeen grandchildren, nieces Noreen, Breege & Josie, cousins, extended Murphy & Mc Donnell Families, neighbours, and a large circle of friends.

May Her Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.

Mary will lie in repose at Sweeney's Funeral Home, Louisburgh on Monday (May 15th) from 5.00pm, concluding with Vigil Prayers at 7.00pm, followed by removal to the Church of the Holy Family, Killeen.

Mass of the Resurrection on Tuesday at 12 noon, followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery.

Family flowers only. Donations in lieu, if desired, to Dialysis Unit Mayo University Hospital c/o Sweeney Funeral Directors.

She always had that lovely smile and hello when ever you would meet her and the little chat.. She was a very happy laddie to talk to and always had time for you when you would meet her when she would be in Westport town doing her shopping ..She was blessed with a large lovely family she would always have one of them with her .. The world needs more people like Mary she will walk in to Heaven with her beautiful smile and make Heaven a better place then it even is .. You memory will always live on Mary .....
