Mary Lucey née O'Toole
The Paddock, Westport, Co.Mayo and formerly of Ballytoughy, Clare Island and Coventry, England - March 16th 2023 - peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff of Cuán Chaitriona Nursing Home, Castlebar and previously in the care of The Mayo Hospice - In her 92nd year, with her husband and family by her side.
Deeply mourned and lovingly remembered by her husband Jim (formerly Kilorglin, Co. Kerry.) brother Patrick (Clare Island), sisters Tess Ruddy (Westport) & Kathleen Winters (Clare Island), brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, grand- nephews & nieces, cousins, extended Lucey & O'Toole families, and a wide circle of frirnds.
May She Rest In Peace.
Mary will lie in repose at Sweeney's Funeral Home, Louisburgh on Sunday evening (March 19th) from 4 o’clock concluding with Vigil Prayers at 5 o’clock followed by removal at 5.20 to the Church of the Sacred Heart, Clare Island via the 6 o’clock Ferry to Clare Island.
Mass of Christian Burial on Monday at 2.30 followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery.
