Knocknacarra, Galway and formerly of Clogher, Ballinlough, Co. Roscommon - peacefully in University Hospital Galway surrounded by her loving family.
Deeply regretted by her children Eliza, Theo and Mathilda, her parents Matt and Geraldine, her brother Aidan, sisters Ruth and Emer, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles, her sister-in-law, extended family, neighbours and friends.
May she rest in peace.
Carole will be reposing in Gavin's Funeral Home, Knox Street, Ballyhaunis, Co. Mayo, F35 WF22 on Sunday evening from 5 o'clock until 7 o'clock.
Funeral arriving to Saint John the Apostle Church, Ballymoneen Road, Knocknacarra, Galway on Monday afternoon for funeral Mass at 1 o'clock with the funeral proceeding to Shannon Crematorium, Illaunmanagh, Shannon, Co. Clare, (V14 PV30) for Service at 4 o'clock.
