Park Road Swinford and formerly of Palmfield , Carracastle and Parkview, Charlestown - peacefully after a bravely fought long illness.

Sadly missed by his loving family his Dad Patrick and mother Bernie, sister Lisa, Brother's Michael and Patrick, partner Rachel and their daughter Myla, nieces, Mia, Emily, Anna, Nephew Alex, uncles Aunts, cousins, friends and work Colleagues.

May his gentle soul rest in peace.

Jason will repose at the home of his parents in Palmfield, Carracastle on Saturday evening from 4 o’clock until 8 o’clock.

Removal on Sunday to St. James's Church Charlestown for Funeral Mass at 1 o’clock followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
