Fr. Peter Cecil Maloney S.V.D

Arm, Castlerea, Co. Roscommon - 22nd January 2022, peacefully in the loving care of the staff of Aras Mathair Phoil, Castlerea.

Predeceased by his brothers Mickey, Paddy and Chris, and his sister Kathleen.

Fr. Peter will be sadly missed by his loving brother Val, sisters Bridie, Nora and Ann, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, his country cousins especially Michael and Eileen, Nora and Michéal, relatives, neighbours, a large circle of friends especially Bobby, Annabel, Ross Singh and John and Eileen Collins and his fellow Divine Word Missionaries. 

May His Gentle Soul Rest In Peace. 

Reposing at Gaynor's Funeral Home, The Square, Castlerea from 5pm until 8pm on Tuesday evening (walk through only).

The funeral will be arriving at St. Patrick’s Church, Castlerea for Mass of the Resurrection at 11am on Wednesday.

Interment afterwards in Divine Word Missionaries Community Cemetery, Donamon.

The Funeral Mass will be live-streamed on Gaynor’s Funeral Directors Facebook page and Castlerea St. Patrick's Church webcam.
