Facefield, Claremorris, Co. Mayo - peacefully in the gentle care of the staff of The Castleturvin Nursing Home, Athenry - surrounded by her loving family,
Predeceased by her beloved husband Malachy and adored daughters Ita Griffith and Siobhain, sisters, Kathleen and Margaret, brothers Martin, Jimmy and Johnny.
Mary will be sadly missed by her family, Doreen, Eváin, Adrian and Grainne sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, brother Paddy, sisters Eileen and Nuala, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May she Rest In Peace.
Reposing at Gilligan’s Funeral Home, Market Square, Claremorris (F12YP74) on Thursday evening (6th January) from 6 o’clock until 7.30 (walk through only, no hand shaking and facemasks to be worn please).
Mary’s Funeral cortege will arrive for Funeral Mass at 12 noon in the Church of Our Lady Queen of Peace and St Gerald Mayo Abbey on Friday (7th January) with burial afterwards in Mayo Abbey Cemetery.
Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Western Alzheimer’s c/o Gilligan Funeral Directors.
Due to current Government best practice guidelines, please observe social distancing at all times during the funeral.
