Michael O’Malley (Mick),

Ballynew, Turlough Road, Castlebar and formerly of Carrajames, Clogher (25th August 2021) - peacefully at his residence in the loving care of his family.

Predeceased by his parents John Joe and Bridie, his aunt Mary, his brother Paddy O’Malley (London) and sister-in-law Pauline.

Deeply mourned by his loving wife of 55 years, Nora O’Malley (Grimes) and daughters Hilda Dunne (Castlebar), Sharon Tolan (Castlebar), Michelle O’Malley (Lynch) (Ballyvary), Sinead McTigue (Castlebar), Laura Liverpool (Castlebar) and his brother Joe O’Malley (Castlebar).

Grandchildren Caoimhe, Jorden, Brandon, Ryan, Erin, Taylor, Laura, Casey, Chloe, Bradie, Rebecca, Jake and Sophia, sons-in-law Dara Dunne, Maurice Tolan, Michael Lynch, Kieran McTigue and Cliff Liverpool, nephews, nieces, neighbours, relatives and friends.

Rest in Peace Michael

Reposing at his residence in Ballynew, Turlough Road, Castlebar this Thursday from 4pm to 8pm for family, neighbours and close friends.

Private removal on Friday at 11.45am to the Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar via Old Turlough Road and Main Street, Castlebar for Funeral Mass at 12.30.

Michael will be laid to rest afterwards in Castlebar New Cemetery.
